We'll discuss your current challenges and aspirations, and explain how Hearthwell Collective's personalized approach can support you. It's a chance for us to see if we're a good fit before you commit to any services.
At Hearthwell Collective, we prioritize providing highly personalized care that often falls outside the scope of traditional insurance models. As such, we do not directly accept insurance. However, we can provide you with a detailed invoice or superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurance company directly to inquire about their policies for health and wellness coaching services.
We understand that life happens. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to your service agreement for specific details or contact us if you need to make changes to your appointment.
Hearthwell Collective offers a flexible approach to wellness. Many of our services, including one-on-one coaching and nutritional guidance, are available both in-person at our Asheville, NC office and conveniently online via secure video conferencing. Our goal is to make high-quality wellness support accessible to everyone, regardless of their location. Our workshops may vary between in-person and online formats; please check individual workshop descriptions for details.
